Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) believes it should be easy to replace your lead service line. If you have a lead service line and would like to replace it, please fill out and submit your information. Due to high demand and limited availability of funding authorized for the program, there may be an extended wait time for interested customers to receive a no-cost replacement.
